Who We Are

  • We have been selling baits for over 15 years in some form or another, but we have in the last few years started to stock more and more types of baits and different brands.

      
    We now dedicate nearly a quarter of the shop floor to baits and tackle, although we only have a small range of the tackle.

    Pinions is predominantly known for selling all the sinking pellets and ground bait making ingredients however we are now starting to stock more of the prepare baits, additives, liquids, and even fresh maggots. Most baits come in small bag sizes right up to bulk sacks.

  • Brands that we sell include Copdock Angling, CCMoore, Mainline, Sonubaits, Bait-Tech, Coppens, Fjuka and a few more. Some of the tackle we stock includes, hooks, hair-rigs, PVA products, weights, floats, feeders, and a small selection of rods and reels.

  • Sinking Pellets

    We stock a good range of Coppens sinking pellets, available in six types. We stock Premium Select in 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 14mm, 20mm & 28mm. We have Premium Coarse in 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, & 8mm. Carp Pellets come in 2mm, 4mm, 6mm, & 8mm. Red Halibut Pellets in 2mm, 4mm, 6mm. Mixed pellets in 1.5mm-4mm and 4.5mm-11mm, and Pre-Drilled Black Halibut in 8mm, 14mm, & 20mm.

  • Bait Ingredients

    If you are looking to make your own baits, we have lots of ingredients to help make the best baits you can. Whether is binding ingredients like egg powder, breadcrumbs, flavoured powder baits including spice blends, Krill powder and Robin Red Powder we have something that you are sure to love. Along with the powdered baits we have two sizes of Hemp seed, Whole Maize, Particle Mixes, Maples and Tares.

    Fjuka is one of Europe’s fastest growing baits, it has been tried and tested by thousands of anglers around the country and their feedback has help the bait manufacturers create the best baits possible. We currently have in stock the fantastic super attractive hook bait pellets in 3mm, 5mm, & 10mm. Plus we sell the Neeonz hyper flouro soft hookbaits.
